Welcome.
Sometimes things stop making sense. The way you react, the way you feel, or the way life keeps moving even when you can’t. Therapy is a place to pause and begin understanding the parts of you that have been hard to face.
You’re here, which probably means something’s been feeling off or too heavy to handle alone. As a psychologist, I can help you make sense of it and see what might actually help.
Real Connections.
People come to therapy for many reasons. Some arrive after a big change, others after years of carrying something that quietly hurts. Some simply want to understand themselves better or feel a renewed sense of direction and energy. My work focuses on helping people feel more connected: to themselves, to others, and to what matters in their lives. Together we look at what feels stuck, what keeps repeating, and what might need attention or care.
If you recognize yourself in struggles with relationships, belonging, confidence, structure, neurodivergence, grief, shame, self-criticism, anxiety, existential questions, or creative blocks, this kind of therapy may be a good fit.
Whether you’re facing something painful or looking to grow into a fuller version of yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, listen inward, and build real connections within and beyond yourself.
My therapeutic approach is systems- and human-existentially inspired, grounded in both scientific training and real-world practice. As a psychologist and researcher, I have 5+ years of academic and scientific training in psychology with practical experience supporting clients in therapeutic settings. I now work under the supervision of an experienced NIP-registered psychologist as I continue developing my own private practice.
My style is open, warm, and relaxed, often with a touch of humor. I aim to inspire confidence, motivation, concrete tools, clarity and hope - while also recognizing that therapy is just as much about holding space for grief, confusion, and frustration.
Systemic therapy starts from the idea that we don’t exist in isolation. We grow, cope, and make sense of ourselves through the relationships and systems around us. In this approach, attention is paid to the patterns you’ve learned in families, partnerships, friendships, or cultural contexts, and how those patterns continue to shape the way you move through the world.
Rather than asking “What’s wrong with me?” systemic work leans into questions like:
“Where did this way of relating come from?”
“Whose expectations am I carrying?”
“How do I respond to others? - And how do others respond to me?”
It’s a way of seeing your struggles in context, so we can open up space for different choices, clearer boundaries, and more genuine relationships - including the one you have with yourself.
Humanistic–existential therapy focuses on the deeply personal: the parts of you that are searching for meaning, authenticity, and a way of living that actually feels like your own. Instead of working from a strict protocol, this approach pays close attention to your lived experience: the emotions you hold, the questions you avoid, the moments where something inside you wants more or wants to change.
We explore themes like identity, freedom, grief, connection, and what it means to be fully yourself in a world that often pulls you in different directions. It’s a collaborative, honest space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and be supported in discovering what matters most to you.
Space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns at your own pace. These sessions are for anyone wanting to understand themselves better, work through challenges, or feel more connected in daily life.
For partners, friends, or family members who want to strengthen communication and understanding. Together we look at what’s happening interpersonally, and how to rebuild connection.
A short online meeting to see if we’re a good fit to work together. You can share what brings you here, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work.
