Sometimes things stop making sense. The way you react, the way you feel, or the way life keeps moving even when you can’t. Therapy is a place to pause and begin understanding the parts of you that have been hard to face.
You’re here, which probably means something’s been feeling off or too heavy to handle alone. My role is to help you make sense of it and see what might actually help.

People come to therapy for many reasons. Some arrive after a big change, others after years of carrying something that quietly hurts. Some simply want to understand themselves better or feel a renewed sense of direction and energy. My work focuses on helping people feel more connected: to themselves, to others, and to what matters in their lives. Together we look at what feels stuck, what keeps repeating, and what might need attention or care.
If you recognize yourself in struggles with relationships, belonging, confidence, loneliness, neurodivergence, grief, shame, self-criticism, anxiety, existential questions, or creative blocks, this kind of therapy may be a good fit.

My approach is grounded in both scientific training and real-world practice. I have 5+ years of academic, scientific training in psychology with practical experience supporting clients in therapeutic settings. I now work under the supervision of an experienced NIP-registered psychologist as I continue developing my own practice.
